I don't know why I didn't turn it over to Ashley sooner -- I went years letting my problem dictate my life. I'm so relieved by how well the low FODMAP diet went while working with Ashley. Living with belly or digestive issues can be demoralizing. It's also easy after a while to just think that it's your lot in life, and there's just really nothing you can do about the problem. I had tried the low FODMAP route before, but on my own, and although I felt pretty confident about my knowledge, it is not an easy program to navigate alone.
