I don't know why I didn't turn it over to Ashley sooner -- I went years letting my problem dictate my life. I'm so relieved by how well the low FODMAP diet went while working with Ashley. Now I can take trips, make morning apts and not have to stress about having accidents. I have also lost a few lbs which I needed to do anyway. I am eating better and not hungry all the time. It's a lifestyle I can have and be happy with. Thank you Ashley for helping me change my life.

I could not imagine navigating the Low FODMAP diet without Ashley. When my IBS started, I was constantly in pain and overwhelmed by the elimination diet process. Ashley helped me understand each step and made it easier to navigate. After completing it with her guidance, I feel so much more knowledgeable about my body and how to eat right for my gut. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout our work together and I highly recommend her!

I am so happy to have found Ashley. After suffering for years with GI issues I was diagnosed with IBS. I set out to find someone to help me. The GI doctor said to take laxatives the rest of my life. I did not accept that. I found Ashley and she taught me to eat differently and I learned what foods irritated my GI tract. I now feel equipped and empowered to eat healthy and not upset my stomach. I hope others find her to get relief from IBS. I am forever grateful! And she’s such a positive person so it made it fun to go through Fodmap process. Thank you!

Kelsey was Excellent. She helped me figure out how to get my intestinal tract working better as I have a colostomy bag with diarrhea issues since surgery. People have said to do more fiber but that made the issue worse. With her help starting with the FODMAP approach (it is not a diet!) which helped us determine that wasn't the issue. Fiber was the issue but how much of which types and what supplements. Once that was on track I am on my own for a while- till I need her again. Kelsey is very not-judgmental with great listening skills. She is efficient with communicating what needs to be discussed during an hour or a half hour session. I feel my money was well spent and am hopeful I can maintain this fiber effort.

Ashley provided outstanding support in helping me learn to manage and eliminate my long-lasting symptoms of gastric distress and IBS. She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in guiding me through the process of adopting a low FODMAP diet and then testing my sensitivity to each of the FODMAP foods. She tracked my daily diet and symptoms, suggested adjustments to the plan as needed, and coached me with knowledge that eventually helped me learn how to manage on my own. She shared tools that included dietary tracking apps, FODMAP resources, notes from our sessions together, and helped me create a long-term plan for eating healthier and living without gastric distress. Ashley is an awesome dietitian and a trusted resource.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ashley for the past nine months, and her support has been truly invaluable. From day one, she made me feel welcome and reassured that we could navigate this journey together. Her encouragement, positivity, and practical tools—especially her recipe list—were a lifesaver during the elimination phase. At a time when food anxiety and scarcity mindset felt overwhelming, Ashley gave me hope and showed me that full, satisfying meals were still possible. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve discovered safe new foods I never would have tried otherwise. I’m deeply grateful for her kindness, encouragement, and unwavering support.

Kelsey Stark has been an excellent provider! She led me through the process of determining which FODMAPs cause my IBS. She provided alternatives to help keep it at bay. My gut has not felt this good in years, and I now know what I can and cannot eat.
She then helped me lose weight by altering my eating habits. I have never in my life been able to do this! She looked at the foods I was eating, told me what I needed to increase and decrease, and offered healthier alternatives.
Throughout both processes she was very encouraging and kept me on track. I am very thankful for the changes she has encouraged in my food choices and am feeling much healthier.

Living with belly or digestive issues can be demoralizing. It's also easy after a while to just think that it's your lot in life, and there's just really nothing you can do about the problem. I had tried the low FODMAP route before, but on my own, and although I felt pretty confident about my knowledge, it is not an easy program to navigate alone. I started working with Ashley, and with her guidance and support, managed to go through all the phases of the program and see great results. It was not easy, but Ashley was there to teach me, encourage me, guide me, and cheer me up. Her availability to answer my questions, and review my progress was amazing. Her dedication to finding alternatives when my lifestyle (I am vegan) made things difficult was commendable. Ashley is also very easy to interact with, supportive, non-judgmental and offers a perfect combination of support and motivation. I am extremely thankful to have done this program with Ashley as I finally regained peace around nutrition and digestive health.
